What information should I share in my message?

A few sentences is plenty to start. Tell us what's not working, what you wish existed, or what problem you're trying to solve. We'll ask follow-up questions. You don't need a detailed brief to reach out.

How quickly will you respond?

Within one business day, often sooner. No auto-reply followed by a week of silence. You'll hear from the person who'd actually be working on your project.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. The first 30-minute call is free and there's no commitment. We use it to understand your problem and tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

Do you work with startups and early-stage businesses?

Yes, though the fit depends on what's needed. We're better suited to businesses that have a clear problem to solve than to speculative 'build the MVP and see what happens' projects. If you're early-stage but the problem is specific and well understood, we'll probably get along fine.

Can I meet in person?

If you're in Delhi NCR, yes. We're available for in-person meetings before a project starts. For clients elsewhere in India, everything works well over video call.

What's the next step after I reach out?

We'll reply to your message, ask a few clarifying questions, and suggest a 30-minute call if it makes sense. After the call, we'll send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price. No obligation to proceed.
