How much does a custom software project cost?
Depends on scope. A 4-page marketing site and a full operations platform are very different jobs. Most of our web projects land between ₹60,000 and ₹1,20,000, and software builds start around ₹1,50,000. You get a fixed written estimate before we start, and that number doesn't quietly grow.
How long does a project take?
A well-scoped marketing website takes 3–5 weeks. An internal tool or custom software build typically takes 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you the realistic timeline upfront, not the hopeful one that leaves everyone disappointed in month two.
Do you work with clients outside Delhi?
Yes. We've worked with clients in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other cities. It all runs on video calls and written updates in between. Distance hasn't held up a single project so far.
We have an existing website/system. Can you improve it or do we start from scratch?
Both. We assess what exists, tell you honestly what's salvageable and what isn't, and scope accordingly. Sometimes a rebuild is cheaper long-term. Sometimes improvements are exactly right. We'll tell you which, and why.
What happens after launch?
If you want ongoing help, there's a maintenance retainer that covers bug fixes, security patches and small features. Either way you get full documentation at handoff, so you're never stuck waiting on us for basic answers about your own system.
