Student portals and fee systems that fit your institution's structure.

Every institution we've worked with has some quirk the SaaS tools can't handle. Fees split into odd instalments. Batches that change mid-term. Parents who only read WhatsApp. Generic EdTech products force you to work around them, and the workarounds end up in spreadsheets again. We build student portals, fee systems and learning platforms around your actual courses, batches and fee rules.

The problems we see most often

  • Fee collection spread across spreadsheets and handwritten receipts
  • Parents contacted through staff members' personal WhatsApp and SMS
  • Student data scattered over several systems, none of them complete
  • Attendance marked by hand, with no reports and no alerts
  • LMS products that don't match how your courses or batches are set up
  • Online payments that don't reconcile cleanly, or no online payments at all

What we build for education businesses

  • Student portals covering enrolment, attendance and performance
  • Fee management with Razorpay payments and automatic receipts
  • Parent portals with attendance alerts and fee reminders
  • Batch and course management, with a view for each instructor
  • A custom LMS for recorded lectures, assignments and progress
  • Admin dashboards that report across the whole institution

What we’ve actually built

Education / School Management

A chain of 3 schools, Noida

Next.js · Node.js · PostgreSQL · Razorpay · Twilio SMS · PDF marksheet generation

Three schools meant three Excel files for attendance, three fee receipt books, and a central office that had no idea what was happening on any campus until someone called. Fee reminders went out as phone calls from the front desk, one parent at a time. Teachers compiled monthly attendance registers by hand, which ate 4–5 hours at the end of every month. Parent queries made up roughly 30% of the front desk's calls.

Outcome

Fee collection went up 31% in the first two months, mostly because automated reminders replaced phone calls. End-of-month attendance work for teachers fell from 4–5 hours to under 20 minutes. The parent portal now answers about 65% of the queries that used to need a call to the office. The central admin's verdict on the multi-campus view: 'something we didn't know we needed until we had it.'
