Custom ERP Development
For operations that won't fit a standard ERP without expensive customisation.
Describe your current systemWhat this is
Off-the-shelf ERPs are built for an average business that doesn't exist. Most Indian SMEs have at least a few processes that are genuinely their own, whether that's how credit works with distributors, how stock moves between godowns, or who signs off on a discount. So you end up paying for customisation on top of the licence and still working around the parts that don't fit. A custom ERP builds the inventory, billing and operations logic around what your business does, without all the generic configuration layered on top.
Who this is for
Businesses running inventory, billing and dispatch across several disconnected tools
Operations where every customisation request to the ERP vendor comes back slow and expensive
Teams that have built shadow processes in WhatsApp or Excel because the ERP doesn't match how work flows
Businesses whose reports take hours to compile because the data sits in separate systems
What problem this solves
Standard modules don't match your process
A generic inventory or billing module assumes a workflow. Your stock, pricing or approval rules may look nothing like it.
Every change is a paid customisation request
Licensed ERPs often bill customisation per change, which makes improving the system slow and costly.
Data is stuck in separate modules
When inventory, billing and dispatch don't share one data model, someone spends real time reconciling them every reporting cycle.
The system doesn't reflect how work gets done
When the ERP doesn't match reality, teams build shadow processes around it. Now you're maintaining two systems.
What Nimbryx actually builds
Inventory management
Stock tracking, purchase orders and reorder alerts that follow how your stock moves.
Billing & invoicing
GST-compliant invoicing and payment tracking, with Tally export or e-invoice API integration.
HR & attendance
Leave, attendance and payroll summaries, where they're part of the operational picture.
Custom dashboards
Management views built around the numbers your business tracks, not a stock KPI template.
Data migration
Data from your spreadsheets or current ERP mapped, cleaned and imported before go-live.
How this typically works
Map current operations
We document your inventory, billing and workflow logic as it runs today, warts and all.
Decide build vs. buy honestly
If a standard ERP would fit with light configuration, we'll tell you that instead of pitching a build.
Build in modules
Inventory, billing and reporting built and connected one at a time, not as one giant unscoped project.
Migrate & launch
Data migrated, team trained and a post-launch support window included.
When this isn’t the right call
If you run standard processes, with generic invoicing and ordinary inventory flows and nothing unusual, buying an established ERP will be cheaper than building one over most time horizons. We'll work through that with you honestly during scoping. We don't start from the assumption that you need custom.
Common questions
Should we buy an ERP or build a custom one?
If your processes are standard, buy. It's cheaper and someone else maintains it. If every SaaS or licensed ERP you've looked at needs heavy customisation to fit, building usually works out cheaper over three years. We'll go through it with you honestly on the scoping call.
Can a custom ERP integrate with Tally or our existing accounting software?
Yes. We build Tally export integrations, and we can connect to most accounting platforms through their API or a structured export format.
How do we migrate from our current system?
Migration is part of the project. We map your existing data structure, clean the data and import it before go-live.
Does it work across multiple locations?
Yes, if you need it to. Multi-location inventory and reporting comes up a lot, so we scope it explicitly instead of assuming.
